2. Membership
- Members must provide accurate personal information.
- Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
- Courses purchased remain accessible for the period specified.
3. Income Disclaimer
Arzaw does not guarantee earnings.
Your income depends on your effort, skills, consistency, and leadership.
AMC is an educational and referral-based model — results differ from person to person.
4. Ethical Conduct
Members must NOT:
- Make false income promises
- Mislead prospects
- Promote Arzaw using unethical or illegal methods
- Abuse the referral system
Violation may result in termination of membership.
5. Payment & Commissions
- Commissions are calculated as per the current approved compensation structure.
- Payments are processed after verification.
- Any fraudulent activity will lead to immediate removal.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, logos, and training materials belong to Arzaw.
Members cannot copy, resell, or distribute materials without permission.
7. Liability
Arzaw is not liable for:
- Member’s personal financial decisions
- Market changes
- Technical issues beyond our control
8. Governing Law
All disputes, if any, shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
