Refund & Cancellation Policy

Arzaw Millionaires Club (“Arzaw”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides digital learning products, online services, and membership-based opportunities.
As these are instant-access digital platforms, all purchases are final.

1. No Refund Policy

Once a payment is completed for:

  • Courses
  • Membership packages
  • AMC joining fee
  • Digital products
  • Subscriptions

We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations under any circumstances.

This is because users receive immediate access to:

✔ Digital content
✔ Courses
✔ Training resources
✔ Member-only tools
✔ Referral systems
✔ Community benefits

Digital products cannot be “returned,” hence refunds are not applicable.

2. Duplicate Payment

If a user is mistakenly charged twice for the same transaction:

We will refund one payment after verification by our support team.

User must email:

with payment screenshot + transaction details.

Refund will be processed to the same payment method within 7–14 working days.

3. Failed Transactions

If payment was deducted but access was not granted:

  • Access will be provided manually OR
  • Amount will be refunded if the platform fails to deliver access

User must contact support with:

  • Registered mobile/email
  • Screenshot of failed transaction

4. Subscription Renewal (If applicable)

Subscription renewals (monthly or yearly) are not refundable once charged.

User may cancel auto-renewal anytime before the next billing date.

5. Payment Disputes

If a user initiates a dispute or chargeback after consuming content, Arzaw has the right to:

  • Suspend account
  • Remove earnings (if any)
  • Permanently block user from all Arzaw platforms

This is to prevent misuse of digital services.

6. Course Access Duration

Refund is not provided based on duration of access.
Once purchased, it is considered utilized.

7. Changes to Policy

Arzaw reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of all terms.
